Can I send my item back to a parcel shop near Lilla Villa?

No, unfortunately not, the item must be returned directly to our address at Usserød Kongevej 97B, 2970 Hørsholm .

Can I have an item added to an existing order?

We can only withdraw payment for the amount that you have approved when you completed your payment. It is therefore not possible to add more items, and you must make a completely new order.
If you contact us before the first order has been sent, it may be possible to have it all sent together if your order has not yet been packed.

I have not received my goods, what do I do?

If your order has been sent as a package, you will have received an email with a track & trace number. You can use this to see where your package is. If you have not received a track & trace number, you must contact your local parcel shop and ask if your parcel is ready for collection. If the above does not give results, you must finally contact us.
