Definitions
The person to whom the purchase order is given is referred to as the supplier or owner of the website. The person or company that places the order is referred to as the buyer. The goods or goods for which the buyer has placed an order with the seller are referred to as goods or services.
Payment

Shipping Procedure
The customer pays shipping costs (Free shipping over DKK 499) in the amount specified by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost in transit, the seller will refund the buyer the entire purchase price, including shipping. The Seller will use all reasonable efforts to prevent the loss, destruction or damage of the products or services that it offers to the Buyer.

Return/Refund Policy
The buyer is entitled to a refund or return of the goods if they contact the seller within 14 days of the delivery date. To manage a return, the customer must send an email to the seller at info@lillavilla.dk

Cancellation
Until payment is received, an order may be cancelled. The buyer is responsible for payment, even after it has been processed.

Legalities
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety risks that may arise after the buyer has received the goods or services. The seller disclaims all responsibility for any damage caused by the buyer's purchase of the products. The laws of the state in which the website owner resides shall apply to any dispute arising out of such use of the website.
